Went deer hunting upstate and only got a deer on the way home! Drove my DD 190 miles after that and it ran like a champ. Waiting for insurance to look at it but fearing they might total it due to the car not being worth much. Attachment 211013
My husband did the same thing about two weeks ago in his work truck. Luckily, I've never hit one. I've come really, really close though.
We have our last camping trip of the year to Harpers Ferry this weekend and it's supposed to get down in the 20's at night..........brrrr. I'm always cold and am gonna need one of these, lol

I hit a deer last summer. Messes up your car for sure. But it's better than hitting a moose, that gets people killed. Take out its legs and you've got half a ton of muscle and bone coming through the windshield.
Where the hell is my Minnesota son at? Can't even pop in to say hey to an old man? I miss that boy.
Hey.
I've been busy as heck lately. Moved at the end of August, second sister got married this year end of September, went to Denver in October, now my Dad's having surgery next week, not to mention a ton of other stuff going on. I'm pooped. lol

Stupid ****. Haven't been sick for this long in decades. Usually get a coldn and in a couple days its gone.
Either this is some nasty ****, or I'm getting old as fark.
There's been some nasty crap going around. I had terrible tonsillitis for a month this fall. Took steroids and two rounds of antibiotics to kick it out of me. Hope you feel better!
Hey Friends! Checking in! I need to carve out some time to get my car out for one last tank of gas before I put her away for the winter. Gonna need new tires next year. Hard to find raised white letters these days. Might look at going the tred wear route. Has anyone here ever used those?
