I kept seeing this commercial, and there was something about a person in it that looked so familiar. I just couldn't quite put my finger on it, but there was something that made me do a double take.
Then I realized what it was. It was the little kid. And I realized what it was.
Nathan has been giving us the run around, he has slipped one past the goalie with some girl and made a mini Nate. I've seen a pic of Nate a few times and this kid looks just like him. Got to be his progeny.
Anyone that knows what Nate looks like, can you confirm? Can you deny what I'm seeing?

Got on the scales today when I was showering and was surprised to see that I've lost almost 100lbs from my largest. 
Trying to lose 20 more.

That's just too skinny.
I'm down almost 80 from my heaviest. Past 20 or so I haven't even been trying. Just stop eating food cause everything is bothering my stomach.

It was 160/110 when I had that surgical stuff done a few weeks ago.
But I think I was just nervous about getting naked and having my **** up in the air in front of strangers. After they finished I was still on the table and it went down to 130/90. I've lost it just by walking a lot, and changing my diet. I don't eat any fast food, I don't eat anything deep fried, I've cut out a lot of red meat and eat grilled chicken and salmon with vegetables like broccoli, beans, etc. and I eat smaller portions but still eat stuff I like, just much less of it. And I traded snacks of chips and cookies for nuts and fruit.
Been walking a lot, especially since I quit smoking cigs. I couldn't walk 200 yards without huffing and puffing and having to sit down and rest when I was smoking. Now I walk 4 miles of trails in an hour 4 times a week and hardly get winded at all.

I was at my heaviest a few months ago. Due to stress and other stuff i am losing weight but still have about 10 to go before i actually feel comfortable.
