Met a stranger and his wife outside the restaurant earlier when I went to smoke and he said "my God you're drark!!!!" I just died laughing and told him that my great grandmother was a Cherokee and that I get it from her, lol.
First time I've had anyone in public mention how dark skinned I am, lol.
I guess I should probably be offended, lol.

Crappy out today. 
Cloudy as heck and almost chilly with the breeze blowing.
I went down to the hot tub to sit for a while last night and the wind was really kicking, so chilly that every time I raised up out of the water I got cold.
When it was time to head back up I dried off really quick and by the time I made it to the elevators I was shivering and covered in chill bumps.

I've been saying that since I was in kindergarten
We had a Jewish boy in our class
He got to miss all of his holidays and all of ours too

So, my son has decided what he wants to be when he grows up. He has decided not to reenlist. When he comes home, he is going to join the fire department and then go to school to be a paramedic....I can live with that 
I asked him what he wants for his 21st birthday next month. I expected the usual, "I don't need anything, mom" But instead I got this reply, lol. I just love this kid
