Haha we'll see...he might have bought his own by then. Also, I think he's going to be a lefty, which is strange because I have a couple uncles and cousins who are lefties, but on my dad's side we are all righties.

My brothers are not. And out of my dad's 12 grand kids none of them are either. I was looking forward to having at least one lefty kid but I never happened.

I'm the only one in my family. I think I might have one cousin who is, but I can't remember for sure.

What is wrong with all you people?!
I thought CPA offices were the only ones with an abundance of lefties. Apparently threads of Mustang forums are too.

I'm left-handed as well in most things, but if I learn to do something right-handed, I'm comfortable with it. I shoot a right-handed bow and shoot a left-handed rifle. I've been asked which is more difficult because of eye dominance, but I've learned to do both equally well.

I'm actually really only left handed when it comes to eating and writing. I throw with my right hand, etc.

I don't think it would be very awesome. Well, if he becomes a famous overpaid sports athlete, then maybe. But the way I see it, I wouldn't be able to teach him anything! Or have a much harder time with it. Not to mention having to buy different scissors/guns etc

You act like it's the end of the world. Lol People adapt pretty well. The worst thing is writing and smearing your hand in the ink. Or writing in a three-ring binder. That's a pain.

However, did you just say I'm acting like something is the end of the world? Lmfao!! Sure Mr. Pot, call me black if you want to

I know a lot of high school and college pitchers that would kill to be left handed.
My dad got a college tennis scholarship for being left handed. If he were right handed at the same skill level he might not have but as a lefty he was a killer doubles player.
As far as teaching. I still can teach my kids. Especially with golf or swinging a batt I stand in front of them and I'm showing them the mirror image of what they should do. It works.

I'm sorry but in almost every sport lefty is better because there's always positions they can play and have an advantage. But yeah, I guess the mirror thing would work. My uncle is a lefty and we used to play wiffle ball and basketball all the time.

Lefty pitchers that can reach 90mph are virtually guaranteed a spot in the minors at the very least.
I'm a lefty golfer and I was able to show a lot of righties things that other right-handed coaches couldn't simply because they couldn't mirror their swing. I had people request me specifically for that reason.
