I woke up and thought it was 8 or 9 oclock and that the ol' lady was on her way here. The clock said it was after 3 am and I thought it was wrong, looked out, her car was here and I freaked out and couldn't figure out what was happening. Never had anything like this happen before. 30 minutes later and I'm still trying to figure out what is happening.

I had one of those coming back from Stanford last month at a truck stop/food center at night. Took a 30 minute power nap and when I woke up, nothing looked familiar, and it took more than a few seconds to process and figure out what was going on. Kind of spooky.

Spooky as hell. Even with all the drugs I've done in the past I've never been this disoriented. My mind just wouldn't kick into gear and grasp what was going on. I was really screwed up and it freaked me out, and not just for a minute or 2, but for 30 full minutes or so to figure out what was going on and where I was.
