whats funny is 80% of our clients are closed the whole week. None open on Xmas eve and very few Thursday and friday

Vacuum packed... 
No (one way) valve bag? At BMJ price?
Shame on them - the beans have to cool to room temp before vacuum packaging or the CO2 off gassing breaks the package seal - even a tin! And its worse for ground coffee.
So oxygen has already started the staling process before it was ever packaged.
Bad form, bad form.

Well I do have a bit of good news
Regan is officially a high school graduate as of today.
She is ready for college
Plus she's got 12 hours of college credit already to transfer in this spring
