Well, this one's caused by a growth in the back of my head. Sadly, my old Marine Corps method of alcohol and aspirin (or advil, or acetaminophen) won't work on these. Though I will say that I'm at least trying to enjoy it with some very high-quality bread pudding along with a jambalaya made for me by a very good friend in New Orleans. It definitely helps.
