Exactly....but we will make it a catch 22....if they are also on disability then surviving proves they aren't disabled and we can cancel their disability benefits 
That should help weed down the entitlement problem.
Next she is going to try to claim disability based on the doctor diagnosis of "Ghetto booty" which will cause a FLOOD of other applications
