I didn't know that was back on! I will have to see when the new one is on so I can watch it. I used to love watching that show. My favorite episode is this one with Richard Simmons.......sooooo funny!

That would be like putting me and Charlie in charge of watching over it.

I love catching screw ups in movies. Supposed to be 1976 in this movie, but there is a red 70's Firebird sitting in the background with 82-86 Camaro wheels on it.

Meh, I guess its because I'm a car nerd. I love cars, all cars. I'm a Ford man first and foremost, but I love cars in general and can appreciate the different things different ones have to offer. I do like to poke fun and the GM folks, but its all good natured and in the spirit of the rivalry Ford folks have had with Chevy folks for decades, but I'm not one of those fanbois that can't acknowledge a badass car.

I find the late model Camaro drivers to be the biggest dicks. I always throw up a couple of fingers over the rim of the wheel at a nice car when I meet one. Old cars, new cars, etc. if its one that is obviously clean, sharp and well cared for, I always acknowledge it when I'm in the Shelby or the '70.

But I've noticed that the new Camaro drivers are strange/a holes. I see a nice looking SS and I'll go out of my way to throw up my hand at them. And its funny, they'll obviously see the car from their reaction, and see me wave, and be gawking. As soon as the see the snakes or realize its a 500, they'll quickly avert their eyes and act like they weren't even looking or even noticed the car. I find it hilarious.

And building on the recent thread about the Mustang wave, I always wave at a nice looking Mustang, regardless of generation or model. Sometimes I get a wave back sometimes not.

However, I've noticed that I pretty much always get a wave, headlight flash, or some acknowledgement (sometimes even before I initiate it) from other SVT vehicles. Cobras of multiple generations, Lightnings of multiple generations, even Raptors. Haven't met a Focus or Contour yet. GT500s especially. I've met an 07-09 that I see in the area on a couple of occasions and he has flashed his lights at me going the opposite direction on a 4 lane divided highway before I ever even noticed him, and has rolled down the window and hung his arm out when I passed him waiting at a redlight intersection one time.

Most of the newer gen camaros that I see are stock so meh, there this one 00-02 camaro Z/28 that I usually see that is really nice and clean. There I have been tons of nice classics driving around this weekend, I've seen tons of good looking 1st gen Camaros/Firebirds, a couple of chevelles and a bunch of others.
As for acknowledging other drivers, I try but I gotta keep an eye on these ******* drivers on the roads.

True story.^^^

I gave a thumbs up to a Shelby guy yesterday on the way to work. Pretty ugly job he did customizing it but thumbs up'ed him for the effort anyways. I was in my truck, otherwise I probably would have picked on him a bit. Lol
