That is kinda odd that HE wants you to get one....puzzling. Tattoos are very personal, typically not something you get for someone else. :shrug:
With that said, I appreciate the artwork but have never had the desire to go there....just nothing I've come across that I want embroidered on me forever.
I agree with Jill here. There's nothing that I could commit to marking myself for life with. I can't even keep the same haircut.

I might look into getting a traditional Polynesian style tattoo while I'm there. Actually had a guy give me his card on the North Shore in February. Really only trust a couple of guys to do my work and hopefully one of them will make his way back to Hawaii. Still trying to finish out my left sleeve in the next couple of weeks.

Was in Hawaii (big island) on vacation last week...... saw more mustangs (and jeeps) per capita than I normally do. It was fun just sitting on the balcony and watching them drive by :-)
