Have you tried the hickory smoked hot and spicy Conecuh (red label)? I've had a pack in the freezer for a while and wanted a snack today so I decided to fix a dog. Went ahead and threw the whole pack on the grill, and it is fantastic. By far the best of any Conecuh I've had. Not real hot, but spicier than the regular hickory smoked, however the flavor is intense and seems to last on your palate much longer.
I only had one on a bun with some mustard and loved it.

I like the small link much better, the casing is much more tender (its sheep, the big link is hog) it cooks better and fits on a bun better. Just thought I'd try the Cajun for the heck of it while I'm down there, even though it is the big link.
