You should try it....I love that stuff! I use it on chicken only though...
I think I'm going to put some lump charcoal, hickory and red oak in my wood box in the GOSM cabinet smoker and do those pork chops this week.

Well they pretty much kicked my *** Monday-Thursday on day shift this week. The plant is running smooth last night and tonight so its do our regular equipment checks and wait for something to go wrong. Otherwise I'm just here. Tomorrow night we have to organize paper clips and wax our staplers and clean our remote controls and TV's... its relax till midnight and then bust *** till the day shift comes in. Yeah you begin to appreciate the days you have not much happening. This place can go from nothing to all hands on deck in seconds when a paper clip spill happens.
Actually I found that takes less toll than driving in a car constantly as a sales rep....I had more back problems when I was on the road than I do in the shop. What REALLY takes a toll is dealing with all the BS childish drama in a dealership setting...that gets old REAL quick.

I'm on the bus riding past my parking lot and I see a black GT just like mine coming down the road leading to my lot. I'm thinking oh crap, but then as it gets closer I noticed it had a billet grill. Otherwise it looked just like mine.

Besides they were all exaggerated. Just like today.
Interestingly it was Shakespeare's works that we read in high school and seeing the movie Henry V that lured me away from wanting to be a Gordon Gecko (Wall Street) investment banker and instead pursued an English lit degree in college.
