Man I wish I could remember what I did last night.
Cause I'd be sure not to do it again.
I've been aching and all stove up and out of it all day. Ate some packaged rice crap out of a box and I think it OD'd me on salt. 50% per serving??? blah!! Woke up at 5 on the couch.

I'm still screwed up too. Not hurting quite as bad as last week, but still in constant pain and not sleeping much because of it. Its starting to get to me mentally, really draining because every step I take, every move I make, I'm doing it consciously and wondering if its going to take my breath or make me yell out "OHH!!!" followed by an expletive, lol.
