Hey Nate, did you buy that Porter Cable yet?
I bought it back in august. Spent three days doing the whole car. Where were you?

Yup, I've been using some of their products for a while

I like the Meg's gold class, smells good and leaves the car looking shiny.

Ya. turned out pretty good. Not prefect, but better than it was. Gonna try some different polishes next summer and see what happens.

Nice deep shine. Take the swirls out?

So far the dealer polymer bs is holding up great on Bullitt. I used 5 star shine on the Cruiser and it is still deep shine also and water just rolls off. The prob is, it needs a clay bar. But you pay close to a hundred bucks to last 5 yrs. So you waste your money if you clay bar before that.

Most of them. There's still some deeper ones I couldn't get out. Going to work on that next year.

I need to order some new pads. I've been using the lake grey pad to apply wax and it does a great job and saves time.

Dang - I have not listened to music in a couple of years. Really enjoying this Haynes show on tv blaring in the background!

I need more pads too. Wish it just wasn't all so expensive.

Yup. At least you got the machine. From what I hear, you're only gonna use a couple of those pads anyways. I have a white, orange, and gray. Probably would only use the orange and gray from now on. Think the blue might be a good finishing pad too. Marc Harris helped me out a lot when I was doing mine.

That's probably not the only meat that family is giving to your family.

Found a large waffle weave microfiber drying towel and I have to say it works fantastic. Meguires Ultimate line of products are great also. I have used the ultimate polish a few times before. Decided to try out the ultimate wax and I have to say its a great product also. Never been a Meg's fan but the ultimate series is making a fan out of me. Just thought I would share a few easily accessible products you guys can try instead of ordering online professional type products.
I use a lot of their Mirror Glaze stuff, have for years.

Yes it is, the humidity here doubles the work when using a lot of their stuff. Have to wait for the weather to be just right.

Switch to tampons. Just don't flush them down the toilet and stop up the ****ter like Gary's house.
