So far using an old flannel buttoned up has prevented that. I tried goggles over my glasses but they steam up because of the face mask. So I'm using a full face shield over my hat. All the safety gear makes it harder but at least I'm not itching or breathing that stuff. Wouldn't want to get lung cancer.
That shower sure feels good though when the day is done!

Busy weekend, had a couple friends helping me clean today. Hit the kitchen, downstairs bath, and rear patio. Looks great, man I have some awesome friends!

The Legacy TMS Lady
went to my surgeon thursday for my post op check up .. doc said i was good to go .. i says " can i start back exorcising and jogging ... sure he said ... i`ts been three weeks ... you`re good to go .. so saturday morn i don my jogging suit and knock off an easy 3/4 mile not wanting to overdo anything and have soreness i mite not recover from by monday morning .. i was ok for an hour or two after my run .. i have just now been able to get out of bed since then .. i cant stand up for more than a few minutes .. so much stomach pain and i`m affraid to keep taking my pain pills cause my kidneys hurt so much ...
