I used to get pissed when I was in a bar in the Fall and it was the Saturday night before daylights saving time. Last call in Texas is 2:00am. But they stopped at 2:00am DST and wouldn't serve once the time had changed back to 1:00am standard time. I must have tried 3 years in a row to get a drink after the time change.

It's not fake ice cream. Just made with coconut milk instead of cow's milk. Tastes really good just like ice cream, but it's pretty expensive too.
