Its monday, im dragging. had to break down and get a diet mtn dew to get myself going this morning. On a plus note, i had to punch a new hole into my belt this morning due to it being loose.

Hear you Scott, been dragging today too. Waking up in Prague Saturday and then heading to a concert in Germany really wore me out, lol. Guess I'm not as young as I used to be.

Well teh cutting out caffeine almost completely has made drastic changes in various ways on me. i feel better, my joints dont ache in my hands as bad, i finnally got past having some headaches in the mornings (unless i sleep to long) and its helping me continue to loose weight. I think in the last month ive had 2-3 cups of coffee and maybe 6 diet mtn dews. Down from where id have probably all of that in one day before. Drinking straight water for the most part now.

Cut back on the caffine here too, really just when I drink coffee in the morning. Maybe some Jager bombs when out, lol. Did have a couple Red Bulls this weekend, but not as typical as it used to be. Plus I gave up sodas, haven't had one since March.

Somebody (Labonte I think) had blown up and laid some oil down, but it wasn't visible to the NASCAR spotters, so they didn't throw a caution. Everybody but the 2 and the 9 were *****ing and moaning after the race about it. I guess they can only drive in absolute perfect conditions and not adapt to what you've got. They wanted a caution thrown on the last lap which would have frozen the field and guaranteed them the finishing spot they were in. Pussies.

All the wrecks on ovals and that finishing under caution is like basketball where they foul on purpose just to help the clock run out. That's why I hate oval track and basketball.
I hope Nascar gets the message and features more racing like Watkins Glenn. It was so good I dvr'd it so I can watch it again this week.
On another note, those Camaro's sure have been beating up Mustangs on those Continental Tire races. What's up with that?
