I was in the grocery store today and I noticed that I felt a little out of place. After looking at the other people that I was walking by, I realized that other than the black guy stacking soft drinks in the middle isle, I was the darkest person in there. Felt a little weird, like people were looking at me.

Boy I killed this place.
Where has Nate been? Kind of ****ed up for him to be missing for this long. Kind of worries me (you know how dad's are, )

went to my surgeon thursday for my post op check up .. doc said i was good to go .. i says " can i start back exorcising and jogging ... sure he said ... i`ts been three weeks ... you`re good to go .. so saturday morn i don my jogging suit and knock off an easy 3/4 mile not wanting to overdo anything and have soreness i mite not recover from by monday morning .. i was ok for an hour or two after my run .. i have just now been able to get out of bed since then .. i cant stand up for more than a few minutes .. so much stomach pain and i`m affraid to keep taking my pain pills cause my kidneys hurt so much ...

Speaking of health, what a difference 2 mos makes. First pic was Memorial Day when hair first started coming out (2 weeks after first LSM treatment, 7 weeks after surgery). Then Friday - 2 mos later.
