Well since I am from Central Cali and not S.F and like Mustang IIs like Arin that would make me a nut and not fruit

Haha yeaaaa. Its supposed to be 20 over or above 80, however, a couple years they changed it to allow the officer to decide whether or not he/she thinks you were driving recklessly. Its also carries a higher fine/jail sentence then a DUI

Where I'm from, we call it arrestafield. You can drive anywhere without finding at least one person pulled out. We also have a huge budget for the police, so more and more just keep showing up.
