I witnessed stupidity taken to a whole new level yesterday. I was out cruising around in the 500 and was waiting to pull out at an intersection. There were several vehicles coming, the first 2 cars passed and a motorcycle was the last one I was waiting on. As he got closer I noticed something looked strange, he only had one hand on the bars.
As he passed I saw why, the idiot was texting.

I know there are people here who ride, but I have no interest in getting on a bike as long as all the other idiots are still on the road.
I fell off the back of a moto-x bike back when I was 16 attempting a jump and I have no desire to ever get back on.

My mother tried to ride my old dirt bike once. She popped a wheelie and fell off. Broke her ankle too. Needless to say she never got back on one ever again, lol.

Not a bad choice! When I was selling my XS650, I was going to take up an offer for a trade for one of these. Epic 250 gas mileage 
I have a friend who has one of the newer ones, but thing is really aggressive and basically unridable for me lol.
The 500s are supposed to be pretty sweet too. I used to ride my friends 250 Virago alot too. The small bikes are waaay more nimble than some of the more powerful stuff in that price range (as me how i know.. i had the same price range
)
And also, if its not bright
ing green, I'll be disappointed

A ninja in any other color is blasphemy! (Unless I get a better deal on it)The 500 ninja's are rare in my range unfortunately. But with the mileage on the 250, and the get up and go it has, I don't think I'll be too dissapointed. My truck is right about 14 seconds 0-60, so jumping to 5.5ish 0-60 will be nice
