I'm usually at work when I order. The internet there is really choppy, plus I'm always worried it won't go through for whatever dumb reason.

Well took my trans apart and this is what I found...
It appears that a bearing came loose and got between the gears on the input shaft

That sucks Sthephen.
That breaks my heart
For many years I was in the investment & insurance industry back in the 80's. We were an upstart that had a much better idea for consumers. But it undercut the rest of the industry status quo and wrecked their renewal fortunes they had built by robbing the consumer with gibberish and fine print.
While we did clobber the industry in the end, their monopolistic attitudes and practices are entrenched and protected by jerks in government. Rather than compete, they just wanted to attack and undermine our company. It really was us v them, David v Goliath. In spite of their tactics, we beat their brains out in the end.
Ever wonder why mutual funds (now ETF's) are so common place now? We played a huge role in that. They've been around since 1924 but the average Joe didn't know and instead bought/were sold outrageous rip off insurance policies where they couldn't understand the fine print. We explained it to the customers. We persevered, conquered, and they finally had to compete or continue to bleed customers. Mutual fund assets exploded starting in the 80's.
Unleash full on competition (within appropriate and necessary guidelines for consumer protection) and watch what will happen in the healthcare field and insurance rates.

These weekends in January are a two edged sword. There's more football than you can watch, with some of the best games, all marching on to the abrupt end of football season in a few more weeks.

My boys played good today. On to the stinky Squealers next weekend.

It's a shame we can't just move those buildings somewhere else where they can be renewed. But there are buildings like that everywhere. Just more so in Detroit.

Drove the R tonight. She barely started. I need to put her on the charger too. Seven has a serious drain on it's battery. So bad it only lasts a few days on a charge. I can hear a lot more alternator whine from the stereo when I drive it. Something is grounding out and causing a drain.
The only thing I can think to do is pull fuses one at a time and check voltage draws at each fuse with a voltmeter. Red to one socket and black to the other. Complete the circuit and see what shows up with the car off but the battery connected.
Does that sound right to yall?
