That is pretty sweet!
Nice and warm today, but it's so windy! I think my allergies are starting up. I keep sneezing.

The fact the Camaro is on the list proves its worthlessness. And its disgusting what passes for a 'truck'. There's 1 truck in that entire list of so called trucks.

That list was the funniest joke I've read in a loooonnngggg time. I mean, the Dodge Caliber, really? And since when was a midsize SUV considered a truck, I can see the full size once but not the small one.

Happy Birthday Jim!!
I will buy Jack Stands!!!
It does have the E4OD. Those bolts are fine.
Like Lee suggested, I'm pretty sure someone paid a shade tree mechanic to change the oil pump at one point and he half-assed it. Which makes me worry about the oil pump and also if they knocked any gunk or gasket crap into the pan. Or whatever else they might have done.
Because I don't know the entire history of the Bronco, and since Ford only ever uses dummy gauges, I've decided that I'd like to get a few actual gauges for the truck. Not sure where I'm gonna put them. But I'd like to actually be able to monitor the coolant temp, oil pressure, and oil temp before something goes wrong.

So at 3:30 this morning I get a phone call that my grandmothers basement has flooded again, but this time its bad. Last time was only about an inch. Now remember, her kitchen is in the basement. Here are the pics of the aftermath.
As you can see the water hit about 12 inches up the walls in the kitchen and in te actual basement part it was about 18-24 inches deep. We had 3 pumps running and they could not keep up. It was literally coming in through the walls of the basement. The front of here house was not accessible, her whole street was under water & so was the front of the house. The water was only about 4 feet from her back door. If it had gotten there it would have just poured right down the back stairs and into the house.
Crappy pics at night with my blackberry but you all get the idea, so it has been a very, very long day.

Jim, I hope that little lady of yours gives you a good night at least.
You know what I'm talking about. Giggity!
In other news I replaced the oil pan bolts on the Bronco with the correct sized stainless steel bolts and we shall see if she leaks as bad as before. I expect some leakage from this F series truck. At least that's what everyone says. But it was pretty bad with a bolt missing and a leaky pan plug.
The only thing I can see wrong now is that oil cooler is leaking around the hoses and the screw clamps are all corroded to heck. I think in thr future I'll remove that oil cooler and go to a an air cooled one. I also think I'll do an oil filter relocation as it is a major ***** to get at it above the frontd
differential and I beam.
