Mustangs Coast to Coast
Hi Nathan.
Yeah I don't go on here much, without having a job a can't justify spending so much time on here.
I have been pretty busy though, between taking care of the kids and trying to work on my art i keep pretty busy. My pastor also asked me to do a video for the church, So I helped write a four part video and then I directed/filmed/edited it. I just finished that last week.

Not a huge difference, but still somewhat notciable:
Should tide me over till I can fork over the $225 for new springs.

aand yeah, its friggin crazy
Washed both cars yesterday and used Meguiars quick detailer on both. What a difference it made! The bad news is that the clear coat on the Mustangs roof has started to bubble and peel off And that's a two year old paint job. Urethane clear coat FTL Also bought two used tires. One for the Blazer, the other for the Protege. I was sick and tired of seeing that 13" wheel in teh RR of the car.
Later folks, closing shift today

Of all people, Arin is the only one who's posted all day?
Was sitting at a light in the left turn lane today, and some kid in a jetta was revving the crap out of his engine at me. I just rolled my eyes and moved on.

I'll be here off and on all night. No hw due till sunday night.
I tried every single code for panasonic TV's and the remote still won't work. I guess we'll have to buy something else.

Maybe the power supply on the TV crapped out.
Or there is a blown fuse inside.
Is it on a surge protector? Did you check that? Did you check the circuit breaker in case it popped that? Sounds like even if you have the right remote it might not even turn on.

It is plugged into a surge protector, and it should be getting power. I also tried plugging it into different outlets on the strip. No idea if it's something internal. I don't feel like messing in there and shocking myself.

Sounds like it needs a trip to a repair shop.
How big, screen type, how old?
It may have served its purpose in our throw away society.
Remember my 4 year old 57" TV. I kept it and its stored right now, but someday I'll probably just throw it away.

I think it's a 30". It's a regular tube tv, but it is a flat widescreen, 1080i. I think we got it maybe 6-8 years ago? I seriously don't remember. My dad bought it as a christmas present.

They must be discharged correctly!
My last tube tv wouldn't come on correctly after only a few years. Took it in to a local TV shop and it was a cold solder joint (which is why sometimes slamming it works). Cost about $175 but they went thru all the boards. Works great in my office and will prob last for years since the boards are now better then automated factory built ones.

I helped out in a tv repair store a few years ago (horrible experience) and I remember the guy taking the backs off the tvs and discharging them. One time he thought he had discharged it, touched it, and got a nice shock.

Gave the GT a bath and took the sand bags out of the trunk. We're bound to get snow again, but I'm sick of the weight.
