Somebody posted this on another site. Not sure how true it is, but it's something to think about.

I had to replace the tires on my 92 in 99 or 2000, due to two or three of them would not hold air. They looked like new and had a ton of tread left but when we took them off, the insides were in bad shape. These were the stock tires, if I recall correctly they were Firestones.

Ok seriously, go to a GM dealer and ask them if they have P# 1052627. It is called GM Vehicle Care Rust Penetrate & Inhibitor. This stuff is amazing and I used to buy it by the case when I worked at the dealer. As a matter of fact I need more.

Not sure if they still make it of not, I don't see it listed on the web site, if they don't go to the oldest GM dealer in your area see if they have any out back. If not I would go with PB Blaster.

This was not my usual driver.

So I am still waiting on the Cobra 10th wheels, the front brake parts and the headers and mid-pipe.
This is what's wrong with the world. That other guy basically tried to steal all your new parts.

Sidenote: I can't get over how smooth my trucks body is after that wax. It's so shiny too!

$15-20. They're a little high, or so it seems...but you can use them forever, and they work wonders. Just like a good wax. I paid around $20 for my first bottle of NXT 2.0 wax...I've probably put 5-7 coats on, and the bottle is just under half full. That's on two big SUV's. I picked up a bottle at Advance this weekend for $11

Get the kit at the auto store, it comes with the clay bar, the detailer mist that you need for lube & I think a microfiber towel.

I must be too because that was the first thing that popped in to my mind when I read that. Either that or Gary and I are just dirty/horny old men.

I was more confused like "I need lube for a claybar?!" That makes no sense.

My bar most definately is not made of clay, so I don't have to think like you old dudes

I feel like crap. I went to the doctor today, and found out I had the dreaded swine flu over the week end. Let me tell you, it ain't no walk in the park. The only things I have left to cough up are my lungs

That sucks. Someone at work had it last week, and I tried to stay as far away as possible when they came back.
