Sterling Grey is the replacement for Lava Red. It's not due in the plants until September.

Would there be any reason why the Ford salesman keeps telling me Lava Red is available? I ordered the same day you did, do not have have a VIN, build date or anything. This is my first car purchase, and is frustrating as hell!Deysha

Thank you for your offer to help! I did get a hold of the general manager at the dealership and she informed me that Lava Red is balanced out. I really don't know why the salesman was giving me the run around. Anyways, time to decide whether to go with the black/saddle or wait for the sterling grey/saddle!

Tough choices.. I looked at Candy Red, Race Red, Kona Blue and Black before I decided on Ingot Silver.

Window sticker showed up today, Build date has been moved back to Fri 6/17.
Looks like my Fathers day gift will be a little late.
Also must say it is pretty cool seeing your name on the sticker.

More pics tomorrow... I didn't get the car home until after 7:30pm. At dusk this car looks BLACK. In fact to avoid confusion with the popo the car is listed as black on the registration.
