I like it too, but can get rid of it with a feather on the accelerator

Sounds like a proper GT racer with the plates removed. One day I may get annoyed, if I can ever stop smiling long enough. For now, the plates collect dust on my tool box.

What have you done to/with your Boss 302 this week?

Finally drove #LS337 home today. Sweet sweet car. There's definitely a noticeable difference in the chassis/suspensions between the two Boss's.

I would say I hate you but that is too mild of a word

Well at least you you don't have a Ford GT(40) ... or do ya?

Congrats, enjoy them

Are you going to get them on track for a true side by side? I too noticed the suspension was a little firmer on track, but with the track wheels, tires, rotors, pads, SS lines and add'l camber, I was a few seconds faster in my regular Boss. Would be nice to run them stock to stock with the same tires for a truer comparison.

springs

Installed a set of Roush stage 3 rear springs,to lower back of car 5/8 of a inch, just to get it to sit more level, ride seems the same, not sure about the handling yet, first three pics are with springs, last one is stock

I'd love to, and some day that would be a great experiment, but right now I'm a one man show. Not to mention that my work schedule won't allow too many track excursions for a while.

Well enjoy! I can just see the checklist in the morning. Hmm. White or blue shirt. Loafers or tennis shoes. Boss 302 or Laguna Seca. Decisions decisions

Nice! I can't believe there aren't more people looking to do this, am very interested to hear how it affects the handling. Please post on that when you get a chance.

According to the upcoming Boss book, lowering it any more than the 1mm hurt the handling.

It's hard to beat isn't it?

Until someone goes by me in a Boss with after-market suspension, I'm leaving it. If I get passed though, I will be ready to order whatever sorted out package they put together.

I dont have any plans on road racing the car, lowered it purley for looks, not to try and improve the way the car drives, love the way it drives stock, I dont like a big gap between wheelwell and tire, as long as it does not have a big affect on handeling I will leave it like that, plus a rear spring swap takes maybe a 1/2 hour, can always put the stock springs back in if I was going to track it, but will post honestly my opinion on it when I get it out, lowered my SVO and it killed how it handeled
