Upgraded my brakes this weekend. Aluminum 6-piston calipers from a ‘14 GT500. After a sand blast and powder coat, I put renewed stainless pistons, high temp seals, and titanium shims over 2-piece Girodisc rotors. I had previously upgraded my ‘13 LS with the 4” ducts from the 302S and fortunately the backing plate was a perfect fit.

Congrats on the GT500 Brembo brake upgrades... You also did a very awesome job on the sandblasting; powder coating and piston and seal rebuilds... In the meantime, thanks for sharing your latest photos and progress...
Took a few days but I got the new MGW Race Spec on and replaced trans. fluid with BG oils stuff. Surprised how dark the old fluid was, 21K miles if it was original.
A previous owner had put a Steeda shifter and the Barton support block in it. Did not know that till digging into it.
The MGW seems like a really quality unit, very impressed. Only got a few blocks in on a test drive but it feels much better already...... and I know my car a lot better
after laying on my back under it and squeezing my hands here and there.
