Not necessary. The Boss parts are open to order for anyone.

Have the regular Boss wheels shown up in the online catalog?

Also if anyone has either the Boss or LS wheels off please weigh them.

Nothing yet. Just the LS wheels. I would think with the 302's shipping they would have replacement Glass Black 302 wheels out. I want them bad for my 5.0

Yes, way too steep for that part. Fortunately I'm only interested in the bracket.

Battery cover and bracket? Did I miss something?

I figured for the rear seat delete, you'd need the brace and the surrounding cover to complete the look.

Using Ford's actual nomenclature and the illustration #'s, the 'battery cover' (580374) is the felt piece that goes behind the X-brace, the X-brace is called the "package tray to floor bracket' (46612).

Much cheaper option. Would have to find out if this still fits with the X-brace. http://www.rearseatdelete.com/mustangcoupe05.html

I tried searching the site for the x-brace 46612 and couldn't locate it. Do you have a link and a cost or is it not available yet?

I wonder if you could pull the seats and mount the brace in for track day, then swap them back out? Might make it a little more cost effective solution than the whole package.

I'll consider it if the price is right. Besides, I'd want the brace painted to match the car. I'm a sucker for good looks to back up the performance

The price is still ridiculous even with the discount.

I wonder if the brace might still work on a 2007-2009...

Doubt it, but would be sweet.

It may very well work. It attaches to the seat back latches at the top, and the child tether anchor points at the bottom. Since the 2010 refresh was exterior skin only, there is a chance that those points haven't been modified.
