My mustang‬ estimated delivery date just got bumped up to 4/20. Lol I hope that's not code for anything.

 

Zero progress on mine lately.. the estimated date disappeared a while ago, and it's been sitting as "waiting for shipment" for a couple of weeks now.

Hi Deysha. It's been two weeks since my Mustang was built, and I'm starting to get a little antsy. The dealer noted that there was something that needed to be fixed on the window sticker (hence the delay). VIN is 1FA6P8CF7F5391234. I leave for India in a week, and will not be back until May. Any chance that I'll be able to purchase the car before then? Any word on when/why it isn't being released from the plant? Thanks for any details you can provide!

 

Woo hoo! It's here! The dealer just called me. That's about a month and 8 days from order at dealer to delivery. Not bad! I am bringing my Borla s type catback system to the dealer tonite! I will upload a few pics tonite, if I can... Thanks, Deysha for your excellent support!

 

Mine should be here any day now eta of 421.. last I knew it was in Delaware. Any updates Deysha?

 

I drove it! What a sweet ride! Picking it up tomorrow prepped and with the new exhaust system. Check it out!

Congrats on getting it! I tried a few times to upload pictures to an album and it failed. I will have to turn my computer on tonight to get them on here. I think they are so small because there is a size limit on TMS uploads. I could be wrong on that, but an outside source and link should show a bigger picture.

With no disrespect to Deysha, I called Ford Customer Service and inquired about my order for my GT Premium Coupe ordered last Friday. A few hours later, after being told it was in order processing, I finally got the COTUS web site to show my order with the VIN!!! According to COTUS, once scheduled, a VIN is created along with the build date. No date shows on my order page yet but hopefully it will show soon. Thankfully all the options I ordered were listed correctly.

Cotus seems to update frequently. My date went from 4/21 to4/23 to 4/27 all in the space of 2 hours. Called my dealer. While the car has been less that 2 hours away from here for a couple of days, I have to wait for a truck to get it here. My dealer is trying to push the process up a little. I'm trying to stay hopeful.
