Steeda is Officially Taking Orders on the Cam Idle Tunes
#165
We actually have a final release candidate right now for the automatics but we would like a couple of more people to test it. Would prefer people with stock cold air or Steeda cold airs and stock gears just to keep things simple for this last round of testing.
I only want to send around 2 or 3 tunes for final feedback. If you are interested please PM me directly. Hopefully I wont be creating a PM frenzy here... better clear my PM box just to be safe.

I installed the Steeda idle cam tune, but it really doesn't sound any better than my BAMA race tune. Heres a quick video I took, didnt notice it was out of focus, sorry! After installing the tune I made sure to give the computer some time to relearn everything.
EDIT: Got new tune, much better!!!

Initial thoughts.
The power band is awesome. I noticed some surging with my other tunes(not steeda) on acceleration, that is completely gone, smooth power band and strong.
Going from a dead stop to accelerating, The cam Idle transitions good, no drivability issues there.
Going from moving to a stop can feel a bit tricky as you slow down and it starts loping, but its more of a learning curve to apply the right amount of brakes.
Sitting at a dead stop, again, learning curve to apply enough brakes so you dont surge a bit forward with the lope.
These are just common things associated with a hot cam so no biggy.
I have cycled through all the the positions on the shifter, no issues there either. Ill continue to drive it and give you any updates.
