What would be a suitable means of plugging the holes left by the CMCV butterflies? Any ideas besides brazing the aluminum?

Let's weld them.... Anything else... I'd be afraid they'd come loose and fall into the chambers.

I even worry about a weld coming out. Aluminum or whatever they are made from is tricky to weld.

Hey Paul, they have fallen into the cylinders before... this was a safety option for me... heard a few guys on modularfords that had this happen to them. by by engine... they were stock as well so it happened with no tinkering

I am here guys, I have been at my CCW class.

No Dave, at this point you have no legal grounds to stand on. Just get the car back and wait for the parts. When mine went in for the frozen parking brake, after almost a week they said "we should have just let you drive it until the parts came in..." I had a rental but my extended warranty paid for it.

I think for a buck 49 i'd rather just get some new ones. Plus I get a new tune for no charge if I buy from Brenspeed.

Jeff did you get your gun yet? Do you need to borrow one to do your shooting? I'll be happy to lend you my G36 if you need it to qualify?

On the Brenspeed site they are saying 5. But I think with the Racer intake it could be a little more. Because it is HUGE

Yeah, first half down. Very boring since it was all legal stuff I learned in criminal law class anyway.

Still waiting for my Glock 27. Thanks for the offer but I want to qualify on a .40 caliber gun and they are letting me rent a Glock 27. I appreciate the offer though. Hopefully the gun will come in soon. It's still on back order. I could get it somewhere else but my wife's uncle is a gun dealer and he is giving me his price on it which is WAY cheaper than anywhere else and the price includes shipping to a FFL in Tulsa.

I have used Walt Haskins for FFL transfers he is super nice and dosen't charge if you tell him you are an NRA member. I think he's also a lawyer. LOL mabey you know him.

I thought the first half was super boring but theres always a dip s*it in every class that asks the dumbest questions.
