Hey does anyone have a little card table that we could use next weekend???

 

i have a portable table that i use at tailgates that you could use. it is 2x as long as a card table but light and portable.

Car update!!!!

I went by hurley this morning and wow did I get a surprise! Bob is making my car into the club demo for BHF They are installing a whipple on it! That's where it was the other day when Jeff was looking for it. I am totally stoked!

i will bring that table by this week sometime, it won't fit to well in the mustang. otherwise i would have to drive the truck which kind of defeats the purpose of coming to a mustang club event without your mustang!

Ok for real update on the car. Spoke to Benji this morning. He says that he ordered the parts to fix the trans. 1-2 syncronizer 1-2 blocker rings and 2nd gear shift fork (bent) So much for the myth of the internal shift stops on these transmissions! MYTH BUSTED! He says the parts should arrive today or at the latest tomorrow and then one day to fix it. So I am looking like thurs more than likely. I asked what if there is somthing else and he said he would have to order more parts. I am not a happy camper! Had I known that it was going to be this much hassle I may have just paid to have a trans shop fix it in two days. Oh well live and learn. Besides I did de-bunk the myth for the club.
