Maybe a tweaked motor mount knowbody thinks to check. Who knows. Let them look at it and disconnect your Internet. It isn't going to fix it for you either.
You're assuming the OP is telling the truth about how many replacements he's had.

With a bunch of hacks from ABC? Do you actually believe they care about Mustang owners specially with what the Mustang represents?

20/20 just as 60 Minutes have agendas in which any reference to individualism they are against and the Mustang and their owners are as individual as it gets therefore they will use any means, even using those they detest on a temporary basis as long as their goal is accomplished. Bias, distortion of truth, and telling half a story while editing what's inconvenient is their norm. Are those the type of people you would want to solve a problem?

Perhaps the clown who came up with this bright idea has his own agenda and wants his ten minutes of fame on national TV. He should be adviced the Lemon Law is in place and given the proper circumstance, it works.

If ABC covers and airs the story it would be for no other reason than to inflict as much harm on Ford as possible. Nothing else.

I have no reason to think anyone is lying. I just wish people would deal with the dealers and FCS and let them continue to try and fix the issue. The will give a fix when they have one.

Thank you. I'd say you pretty much summed it up.

jmatero, lemon law that car already!!! Every single product that has ever been mass produced has had some kind of failure rate, and the Ford Mustang is no exception. Despite what you think, this is not a widespread issue. You always bring up that ALLFORDMUSTANGS.com forum that you started, saying it has 4000 posts. Why don't you also mention that a majority are from you and about 15 others? You are being disingenuous every time you mention that forum.

Also, you don't even have a transmission issue!!!! There is no way you got 3 bad transmissions in a row... You have an alignment, clutch, etc... issue that is causing your transmission to fail. Here is an idea, take your car to a transmission specialist or two and get estimates and opinions from them and not "internet mechanics". What is that? You say that would make too much sense and if you did that you would not get the press and/or your 15 minutes? Exactly, thanks for killing all our resale values because you got one of fords inevitable lemons...

I really hate that you guys are having these problems, but I'll just follow along and see how it unfolds.

And I couldn't agree more with George, hit the nail on the head.

It takes an average of 6-12 months to lemon a car. Why are you so mad at ME? Ford won't fix my car. Be mad at THEM. I even asked them for a replacement after 6 repair attempts and they sent me the attached letter.

You're mad at the wrong guy here... be mad at FORD for ruining your resale values.

You've been trolling posts everywhere trying to discredit me and on each forum you're proven the liar. If you're going to post claims I've been caught in three lies, tell us what they are. I've never lied about this issue so I'm looking forward to revealing you for what you are.

You claimed I didn't have a Mustang... I posted my info.
You claimed I wasn't having transmission issues... I posted a youtube video
You claimed I had no parts replaced... I posted my detailed invoices from the dealer
You claimed abc wasn't investigating this... I posted the producer's name, email and phone number

and on... and on... and on.

Enough people watch to make BMW recall 150,000 cars within an hour of the broadcast.

For the record, there were about 20,000 Mustangs with Manual Transmissions built for 2011 and about 1000 a month for 2012's.

If anyone believes ABC news will be fair and honest about this issue or any other you better open your eyes. Toyota DID have an issue with unattended acceleration in their cars regardless of what the government and Toyota said. A highly qualified electronics engineer working for GM has said so, quietly. It was their programming and GM figured it out within 4 hours of reading the code. Ask any Toyota dealer if they did not reflash the PCM when the gas pedals were 'replaced'. I bet you won't get one no.

For those wih problems with their transmissions please realize Ford does not want to sell junk. It is not always easy to figure out want is wrong much less engineer the correction. Ford's PR folks and business/sales managers are blowing this by hoping it will go away.

I'm all for using what ever means you can get to fix the issue, but going to ABC, CBS or NBC is just supporting their goal of sensationalism. When you talk to them ask how many satisfied customers they have told to so as to get a balanced story. Why are the major networks losing viewership?

There in itself is the first lie....

I have in no way tried to discredit you. I merely mentioned about 3 times in 3 different threads that I was having no issues with either of my 2011 Mustangs. I still don't. I mentioned several times that I hope you guys get your cars fixed and I still do. But you guys ( Jorbit and yourself went into attack mode)...I now don't really care if you ever get satisfaction.

You then stated that 20/20 was going to do an expose on the Mustang transmission a while back. I asked you to prove that and again you talked around it. I still think that an expose is not forthcoming...

You stated the the NTSB was going to investigate Ford. I asked how you knew this and again you had no proof of this. You talked around the issue.

Lastly, you stated on Facebook that folks had been banned from posting on the manual tranny thread...namely me....which is quite untrue. I can still post there right now. The only reason that I don't is that is has turned into a ***** thread by about 15 or 20 folks.

You can say what you want about me...but I can go to bed at night knowing that I've told the truth in any statements that I've made.

Good luck with your quest! Just know that I will not support you now or ever..

Man, you are so full or yourself! I never claimed any of these things except the last one. I made that claim a month ago and you haven't produced any credible evidence until today...which is still suspect!

Dude you need a therapist!

You're out of your mind. Seriously. Not an ounce of truth in anything you just said. There's one on eery forum. The Producer's contact info is in the first post of this thread. Do I really need to print your posts from allfordmustangs? Seriously?
