The test site says my order finally changed to in transit today with an ETA of 4/11/14. Thats got to mean something is happening. The plant is 800 miles away from boston so it shouldnt take that long. Does it go by train or by truck?

We'll given the fact that the plant closed for 3 weeks and isn't due to reopen until 4/14 I would say the chances of you getting a car delivered in 4 weeks is impossible. I ordered mine on 2/27 and it is now scheduled to arrive on 5/2 due to the three week shut down.
I would say early June at the earliest. Not trying to be a kill joy just realistic. Many of us here just got bit by the plant shut down.

Thanks everyone, sorry for the delay I was up til 2 AM playing with the car and giving it it's first wash. Currently at the dealer having the GT500 axleback installed!
Here it is right off the truck with te raptor it rode with in the background:
Here's how I took delivery, I went through the PDI checklist and crossed off things I didn't want done which included removing any plastic so I drove off the lot with the exterior/interior plastic still on it. Had 5.8 miles at delivery:
After first wash and removing plastic:
Pulled over for a couple pics this morning on the way to the dealer:
Ignore the dark spot, it's crap on my lense:
Love this car and guys - hang in there - it is SOO worth the wait to get it exactly how you want it. I did this car right; I ordered exactly what I wanted, didn't settle, was there when it came off the truck, didn't let them do any cosmetic prep and rode along on the prep test drive. Now I just need to detail and enjoy!

funny you mention that, they havent even drilled the pilot holes for the rear plate. no rear frame, no paper tag so it looks a little odd even with my temp permit in the rear window.
also i should note my car came with goodyear eagle f1 tires instead of pirellis...score?.
My friend has a 13 Boss and Pirelli tires were terrible compared to new Kumhos......Yes Kumhos, we dropped .4 from the best 1/4 we ever ran at the track and he has been racing it since 150 miles on it!

Ok guys its my turn to share. On March 19, 2014 I ordered a Mustang GT Premium, Black. Only options being, GT Track Package and Leather Recaros. Ford website shows estimated delivery June 23, 2014. Cant wait. I told my dealer no car wash or dealer prep. I want to take delivery just how it comes off the truck.

That may not be entirely true. There's still orders rolling in at various priorities, changes by dealers to cars in the pipe (like mine). There are still people there, just the factory isn't cranking out cars. Planners are planning, schedulers are scheduling and rescheduling. It's entirely possible there could be updates/changes that you'll see on your car's status/progress...the bar just won't move into that "In Production" section till the factory fires up. But all the clerical work can still be done.
