I'd really like to see how they calculate the timing. Mine was officially ordered on 3/19 as well, and is expected to be built the week of 4/28. The ETA, however, is 6/6.... That's more than a month to transport a car from Flat Rock 50 miles north to my dealership!

 

I would imagine they'd be moving these cars more quickly now trying to make room for the new year. I'm hoping my car might come in by the end of May but who knows. I ordered on the 5th.

I ordered 3/22 and have an ETA of 5/24 according to that. The priority on my build sheet is 10, which is the highest a dealer can assign. If yours is a lower number, it could explain the extended lead time.

 

Haven't got my VIN yet. I know some have gotten their VIN shortly after their order but I'm expecting it might take a month before I get my number.

It took 3 weeks to get my cin and I ordered 2/19......There are a lot of variables including priority code, dealer alotment, options on the car, ect.

 

Congratulations and welcome! I did the same thing prior to ordering, this is a Very good thread. Don't worry the wait will all be worth it in the end!

 

How long did you guys take to get your window sticker? I got my VIN within a couple days, but it's been a couple weeks and no sticker.

Yep, no window sticker yet for me either. PM your VIN to Deysha (FordService) and she may be able to tell you roughly when to expect your window sticker. She told me mine would be around Apr. 30.

 

I ordered on 2/9, it took 3 weeks for a vin and I still have no window sticker, although I only care about seeing the window sticker in person!

 

I'd bet that you will receive your VIN next week. I received mine a week after I ordered, but your order was placed during the shutdown.

Holy smokes! I punched my Vin into this site and all my info info came up, but the eta is a month later than the printout my dealer have me! I sure hope my dealer's info is correct. I wonder if this is a source of some of the inconsistency regarding the lead times expected on this thread?

I don't think the dealers themselves are aware of stuff like maintenance shutdowns and they just go off whatever past experience tells them. My dealers eta was much shorter than the website as well.
