My dealer will be keeping my car inside his showroom next to his Boss LS and '69 Mach I until the weather and roads are nice enough for me to pick it up.

You'll want them to set up stanchions around the car.

Yep - he will take good care of it! But I might be really tempted to borrow a trailer to bring her home as soon as she arrives!

Great idea! Only thing is: all I can get my hands on is an open trailer. So, salt will hit the car either way....

You would be ok with a full floor ( vs open bottom ) trailer. Or a rollback if you can get your hands on one.

Suggestions for who rents them? I am in Chicagoland... U-Hauls have open bottoms...

I just got my 2013 GT500 (Plan A) and had to back out of a deal on a 2104 GT500 (Plan B), if anyone is interested in getting a 2014 GT500, the dealer I ordered from is keeping the order open and is willing to give the allocation to the first person who wants it, the dealer is located on the Central Coast in California. Price is MSRP. The car hasn't been scheduled at this time, so it can be configured to suit your needs. Send me a PM if you are interested and I will give you the contact information.

Not sure who rents them, but I am sure some tow companies could give you an estimate for a flatbed ride. I have a buddy with a full floor trailer who might be getting a call from me...

Just got my window sticker this morning. I'm ordering with xplan, the window sticker wouldn't disclose that right? My dealer already had the xplan approved.

Congrats! I was offered an x plan, but did the math and dealer quotes without plan were cheaper.
