Deysha responded saying the delivery date to my dealership is the same day as my birthday. So amazing.

 

I was told delivery was expected on 2/3 with a traceable vim on 1/3 IF there were no delays. My vim is yet to be traceable. But for me, that's a good thing. It's winter here and can't pick up until after closing on my home on 2/15.

 

Im curious for those of you who have ETA's what are they and when did you place the order? just trying to guesstimate when mine might be built .

Is it true the gt500 production starts a bit later than the v6 and GT versions?

 

That's what they say... Did the dealer confirm they have allocation for your order? My dealer gets 2 a year and has one guy on order for 1.5 years - he's getting his as a 2014.

 

Yes I got their one allocation. They are not a large dealership.

 

hey all. new member here. Ordered a 2014 gt500 on 12-1-12, from a reputable svt dealer here in Rockford IL. I was told that i am for sure their 1st allotment, and that it was to be a second 1/4 build. However, they were unable to really give me any other info vins, build dates etc. Goin crazy waiting, is their any way of procuring any further info on the order?

 

I haven't seen any 2014 GT500's scheduled for build yet. As far as you going crazy waiting, I have been waiting since May 27th and my 2013 car won't be built until next week.

Hello all. I finally decided to sell my '07 Honda S2000 and replace it with a Mustang. I joined the forum late last week and my order went in yesterday for a 2014 Ruby Red V6 Premium with automatic, the security package, and the comfort package. My dealer told me there were no constraints and he expected it would be about 8 weeks or so. I'll contact him today and get a copy of the order confirmation. I'm really looking forward to being able to have fun and be comfortable at the same time.

Hey everyone, I am also curious on how incentives work on a MY car that probably won't be on Ford's site for quite some time. If I ordered a 2014 GT now, would it not be eligible then for any incentives (perhaps estimating a delivery date of 03/15/13)? Looking to order a 14' Sterling Grey GT Premium w/Track Pack, Recaros, and spoiler delete. I will be ordering under the D Plan but w/the D Plan, I still get all incentives which I certainly want to take advantage of.

Deysha - is there any way you could PM me a dealer invoice w/plan pricing on that configuration above? Much appreciated!

 

I think it is awesome that ford has reps on here. Making me feel much more comfortable about this whole custom order stuff. First time for me and it is just a bit intimidating.
