If I can talk my dad into buying a jack tomorrow the shocks will be in then. If not, it'll have to wait til my next paycheck.

All my buddies have that terrible 2 ton Kragen jack.

They usually come to my house to borrow my jack, but it blew some seals.

would it be cheaper to get your jack repaired. probably not quicker.

it sounds like I'm in the clear. I should be picking one up tomorrow. If all goes as planned work will start Saturday and hopefully tuning will happen Sunday. (assuming I get the **** by then.)

The jack I have now is a three ton heavy duty jack that barely fits under my K member. Since I'm planning on coilovers eventually I figure I will need a low profile jack rather than the one I have now anyway. Just thinking slightly ahead.

Well even there is stretching the envelope quite a bit. The gauges in the SN95 get signals from the sensors themselves that say "you're at about 180*" and the gauge moves semi-accordingly. In New Edge cars the gauges are all tethered to the computer which basically says move from *angle* to *angle* and the gauge moves said amount. If you said that they look very similar from the outside neglecting the digital read outs on the New Edge... Then I'd cut you some slack.

Just so you all know, the shocks are in. I am working out a deal with Arin for his front control arms, so I'm waiting for that to pan out before I take apart the front.

Hah... Yeah. After pulling the shocks this many times, it wasn't really too hard. It only takes about half an hour to pull the shocks off and put the new ones on. Struts should be a bit tougher, but like I said before, there is no reason to take them off yet if I'm still waiting on the arms.
