Trufiber Gts2
I have a question on the GTS2. Is it true that in order to keep the rain out of the louvers in the back, you have to leave the lower panels on, which precludes it as a vent for air passing through? If so, would it be possible, or preferable, to have some vents on the rear raised portion of the hood back by the windshield to allow air to exit? Or am I wrong on the louvers? My existing stock hood does the rattle and shake at high speeds and I've read that is the result of not enough air venting due to the front end design.
Here she is....
All,
Here she is... bead removed and all!!!
It looks like this is just SCREAMING for the "Eleanor" style grille - with the center fog lights.... but I haven't decided for sure yet.
My body shop said the hood fit with NO adjustments...
I can take pictures from other angles if someone wants to see them.

I love the look of the center fog grille, but only with the Street Scene Speed Grille, not the plastic one. The Speed Grille is powdercoated steel mesh and does not have those tacky plastic diamonds like the factory grille does. It looks more performance, and is completely open for more air flow, whereas the regular center fog grille has a very small open area. For me with the HO Whipple, I prefer all the airflow I can get!

cervini hood is correct ..as for ending the stripes it copied the kr concept..i will prob put f-o-r-d across front like they put shelby..i also like the way it accentuates the scoops.
Bodyshop tried to remove my bead(starting from the front) and found... not good results. So, all in all, my bead stays. He fixed the front where problems emerged and it looks good. Its in the primer stage and it looks fantastic.
Should have it on sometime this weekend.

What do you mean "not good results"? When you remove the bead - it is BARE fiberglass - you need to re-seal it before you paint. Did they make a HOLE??? You only need to grind it down level - Did they dig a channel in the hood? Could you be a little more specific for others?
I was there when my shop removed the bead (we checked the underside of the hood, by looking through the hood latch hole, to make sure it wasn't structural). It *looked* ugly because it was bare fiberglass, but there was still plenty of fiberglass to re-seal.... no problems..
Thanks,
Bill

Place had my hood for 3 weeks and did'nt even touch it. I picked it up today and now am searching for a good place
