Boltzman,

That is one s.w.e.e.t looking ride. Which struts did you go with? It doesn't look like you're having any issues with the struts pushing the hood up...

I like the hood pins as well - which ones are those? were they tough to put in?

Bill

Thanks guys The struts are CDC and no issue bowing the hood up .Lets hope it stays that way. The pins are from Steeda. I had them installed. After I see the work that went into the pins, I would never attempt it myself. Next on deck are 275/40's on the rear and my slotted/drilled rotors sitting in my garage which I AM going to attempt to do myself

rrobello:

Are your hoods going to be manufactured here or in China? Inquiring minds want to know.

Threw my hood on tonight. The Whipple air filter box is going to need some grinding as it hits the ridge around the air intake opening on the underside of the hood. It goes in for paint on Tuesday.

Do you all leave the extractor vents open during DD?

Yup.... I want the benefit of lower underhood temps plus mine only gets driven in good weather. No more rain or snow.

10 minutes with the Dremel on the Whipple air filter box and she fits perfect. Can't wait for the paint.....or spring.
