I should have mine back from the body shop by the end of the week.
No stripes for me on this hood. Every one I have seen so far has been a dark color on the hood. I really want to see what this looks like on a lite color so I can see the lines of the hood. I did have them paint the air inlet grill black. Hoping it will look like the front grill of the car.
I will post pictures when I get it back for all to see.
Everyones is looking great. The guys at the body shop were impressed with the hood.

Picked mine up today!!!!
It looks great. I got alot of looks on the way home.
I will be adding hood pins just to make sure this hood doesn't go flying off.

Front shot.
The drivers side front is a bit high, I think the hood is twisted a little.
Nothing the hood pins can't fix.

check the hood stop in the front . i had same problem,just lower them.

Thanks Patrick, thats the first thing I did, but then the hood would just shake.
I lowered the latch as low as it can go also. Just that the drivers side is a bit higher on this hood. I wish I didn't have to put pins because it looks so clean without them.

Not done yet... :bang: The paint is curing, they baked it on so they can stripe it. I'm looking at Tuesday also.

My turn. Is this the first yellow to have this hood? Took almost 5 days to complete but the local Ford dealer and CJ Pony Parts came through. It looks amazing...
