We had it on display at the show. in fact I am sure Doug from bamachips will chime in shortly on his thoughts of the shifter. Anyway, as I indicated before: It will likely be mid to late Dec. before we start processing shipments of these. we still need to get good inventory in here of the parts needed to make them. Once I get updates on this I will let everyone know

Yeah, I kinda hoped to see one installed in a car. I figured you guys would have had one in a GT at Sema...

Yuk!!! I could make that shifter bezel in the shop in 5 minutes. It looks like 6061 -T6 alum plate... 1/4" thick. Make them on the waterjet for $5 buck each. Jazz it up a little.

Honestly, what do you want from a shifter bezel? The stock bezel is plastic and there is no way you could make that in 5 minutes.

This is just my opinion so it doesn't count for much. I really like the O/D button where it is. I constantly turn it on and off for the downshift/no upshift. I hit it with my pinky finger and wouldn't want it anywhere else. Put a button on top and I might buy it. Otherwise, I'll save my coin.

Yeah, I really don't think you could even come close to this in 5 minutes...

So go for it. Let us know how it turns out.

Oh, and also make sure you let us know how the ratchet action magically appears with the new 6061-T6 bezel.

Well I hate to get set on fire and loose all my hair but, I have to admit, I too am dissapointed. I just put two stainless steel ends on my shifter and it now looks very good imo. Maybe if I saw it in a car I would change my mind. I was really looking forward to this.

B&M has the shifter displayed on their web site. What's the status? Is this just a teaser or is the shifter available?
