it looks taller because of the stick design and the ****..Actually it is almost the same height

 

...ah yes, the paddle shifters.. We played around with those for a bit earlier this year..great concept and personally I wanted to see it through.. problem was, there was ALOT of engineering work that was required to have these work on the newer electronic transmissions on our cars,corvettes,camaros etc etc. and the pricing would not have been very good...I can tell you though that we are working on a "Heads up display: though.....shhhhhhhh

oh, it will be a little while still.. We are looking at MPH and RPM now but possibly with the option of a couple other features. The unit is small and should be priced VERY nicely!

How freaking cool is that! Sign me up right now. Ever since the corvette has had a hud, I've wanted one.

The HUD display = Boy that could go bad quickly, I would recommend coming up with a new name

 

How about "Tactical display"? You could have a little outline of a GTO on it for a targeting image...
