Today I took my car to Dallas Mustang to have the Ford Performance Power Pack 2 Installed. Definitely money well spent!

 

We drove our '14 to northwest Arkansas for the fall Boston Mountains Tour put on by Honda S2000 owners (used to have one of those). The drives there and back were kinda boring. We were in a group whose leader set a blistering pace on two lane twisty roads. Our V6 automatic performed quite well, but I was experiencing minor brake issues on downhills with tight turns until I started REALLY using my SelectShift. We can't see a good reason to do that tour again - probably will plan our own short getaway drives. I DO love that car and the way it drives. I'm still struck by how great it is to be able to have fun and be comfortable at the same time.

Had a Barton flat stick shifter installed in my 2017 GT. Big improvement over stock. The flat stick with push down for reverse gives the car an old school look.

I think I'll fire mine up this morning.
It's been a while and sitting on the battery tender. Gotta get the fluids flowing, mechanics moving and tires rotated.

 

We took them both in for a car wash. Clean for the weekend.

Any snow out there yet?

 

There was last night. I went out with my daughter around midnight to do a little snow drifting. It could have been better with a little more snow but it was fun. Today it all melted with a high of 39. I think it was warmer as I was out doing some yard work. Fun fun.
