Ponies on The Run!
Quick question for you fantasy of flight attendees:
Did they let you run the cars on the airstrip. The reason that I ask is that there is a show at one of the intl airports here in VA (a small, but REAL airport...not a little airport for cessinas, etc), and afterward they usually let you run your car on one of the old strips.
The only catch: if you spin tires, airport security will have a nice "talk" with you, and I think they hand you a ticket. That makes it difficult to have some real fun, but I guess it wouldn't be a problem if you left TCS on.

ATTN: Ultralite guys.....
Can you guys do me a favor and check to see the position of your lcas.
Are they level?
Angled downward towards the axle?
Angled downward towards the front of the car?
I checked mine last night and they appear to be level. If they are angled in any way it's to subtle to tell unless I get under there with a level. I was just checking mine out because I was considering LCA's. After seeing how level they look I guess I don't need them unless I want something to brag about.

I'll check it out either later today or tomorrow for you.
I have a suspicion that mine will be exactly like yours though.
On another note, the Knotts show starts at 10am, same time the park opens. I'm planning on getting there somewhere around 9:30ish with the family. I'll be sending them in the park while I attempt to get sunburned hangin out with you.

Well the show doesn't open to spectators till 10 so I'd say getting there anytime earlier than 9:30 would be pointless.
Unless he wants better parking. Being a Sunday, the parking lot will be packed not only from the amusement park crowd, but because Knotts will loose their big lot to the carshow.

$40 for 2 runs if you don't care about your A/F Ratio like I do. Can't beat that!
