That look's like the same CHP car I saw at the Fantasy of Flight show... same set-up inside and everything. Wonder if he was out here and drove back to CA??

Of all the pics Leo posted, all you have to comment on is the Chippie car??

Better re-visit the first 2 pics.

Yep, that's my boy.
Here he is 2½ hours later. Fake smile, completely worn out and ready to go.

Oh, I forgot... sorry about that.

Let me post more 'Disney accepted' pics of shotguns and other weapons of mass destruction.

Don't feel bad, Chris is the same way after an hour or two into a show.

My pictures are all uploaded now if you want to check them out National Mustang Show 04-21-07

You know how I complained about my Shaker scoop being off by less than an 1/8". Well I don't feel so bad now. SHAKER 1 SHAKER 2

Yes it does! And, a HG right next to it.

The CAR looks nice, but I think I'll get tired of looking at it everyday. I'm a keepin' the TR!

Sure Leo..

Well, you know my thoughts on that Shaker mod. The one at the show looked good, but the rear needs some work.

I think if anyone's considering this chop, I hope swapping out the factory camcovers are also part of the plan.

So if you had to chose between these tow which would it be?
No duct but weird look behind shaker.

Ducting and clean looking rear.

Yep and the picture did that color absolutely no justice. It was such an awesome color I just stared at it for awhile.

Well I hope I never have to TOW anything, but if I was to choose between the TWO posted I would pick the ducting still attached. That would keep it's "functionality" and still looks good. IMO.

I like the first of the TOW pictures. If you are using an aftermarket CAI, it's not really functional anyway.

Oh let's not start the "functional" debate again.
At least it would appear to be functional, I guess that makes me a pretender.

Oh and Tom, I never answered your shotgun question. I did not notice any weapons in the vehicles.

God, no, I don't want to start THAT debate again. All I meant is, if you have an aftermarket CAI where it just blows toward the filter, you may as well take off the ducting if you like the clean, uncluttered look.

Cool! The fewer people with weapons in the SSV's, the better... more of an edge for me!

BTW, I found a shotgun mount for the trunk with a lock. The lock has an electric release (mounted in the vehicle) with an 8 second delay. You can push the button, and right when you get out and around to the back, the lock pops open and you can remove the gun.

I'll choose 'no ducting WITH a clean look'. No reason why it can't look clean without any ductwork.

The only way I would consider this mod is if it included a supercharger into the equation.

Speaking of S/C's... here's what's out there for our S197.
