I spoke with John and Adam is supposed to call me with a total later. I guess John is the install man. Adam was on the dyno.

Exactly. John does alot, not all, of the install work. Adam does the tuning and Welding and fabrication work.

Ray, you're asking about late Saturday, from San Berdu to Monrovia?

Thanks for the link. Wish it could be four. Looks like I'm leaning towards some AFS wheels. Then I'll be powder coating them a satin black

Can anyone chime in on the pros/cons of the Vortech and the Paxton Novi? What distinguishes each?
They're basically the same but it depends on what type of cooling you'd like: A/a (Paxton) or an A/w (Vortech).

Glad you found a volunteer

Timing makes or breaks dyno numbers on a boosted motor (given a set boost psi and fuel delivery). More timing will yield higher numbers, while less timing gives higher reliability.

No matter what, any tune should be verified on a dyno before deemed a keeper.

Again, just my measly $.02, YMMV.
I'm curious to know if Brent's tune was set-up to run on 93 octane (could explain the aggressive tuning)

Gary - I would rather be safe than sorry in this situation. Spend a little more to have the piece of mind. Getting blowned is a whole new ball game that should not be taken lightly. If it's going to get done, it should get done right. That's my two cents.

My internet has been down. Worse two days ever I spend too much time on POTR
