steak salad tonight: peppered/seared striploin in worcetershire sauce and garlic on italian greens with cocktail tomatoes, feta, red onion, red pepper, balsamic and red pepper sauce. followed by an Aero chocolate bar lol!

You guys are killin me with the delicious looking food.

Still cutting right now, should be finished the diet in September.

Eating mostly chicken, broccoli, spinach, white rice and extra lean ground beef.
