Ate real well tonite: big Smithfield ham steak, a pot of fresh green beans, potatoes, and baby carrots, and a bowl of spicy hot vinegar slaw I whipped up this morning. And I have leftovers, so I got that going for me! (Hope Jill reads this.)

Pork butt is some good stuff. Hali butt, not so much. Too fishy for me.

You're in a house with six females. What did you expect? Hell, you've probably synchronized your period with them by now.

Kaulo - a Greek recipe made with ground lamb, Italian bread crumbs, parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, S&P, and tomato sauce. It's formed into rolls and browned in olive oil, then simmered in white wine, tomato sauce, and honey. The lamb rolls are served over rice accompanied with a veg of your choice.

Sounds like a lot of work to make a bad tasting animal taste good. Ran out of pig or cow?

He didn't say mutton. Good lamb is delicious. I eat these New Zealand loin chops from Costco often.
