Anyways,

Lamb Chops marinated in a bag for a coupla hours with just some smashed fresh garlic, olive oil and fresh rosemary along with some salt and pepper while in the frying pan with some fresh asparagus sautéed in butter and more smashed fresh garlic along with a nice salad.

I think I spent maybe 30 minutes from start to finish in between the few hours I spent marinating the meat.

 

Spaghetti, garlic Texas toast. Think I'll skip the bread, maybe I won't get so full and bloated like I always do when we eat spaghetti.

 

My family went and decided to have spaghetti too. Don't know what I'm gonna eat.

I love it, but I always get too full and bloated a few hours after I eat spaghetti, maybe not eating the bread will help. Plus I'm trying to cut down on bread and few other things, trying to lose some more weight this year.
